Registered address · Chișinău, Moldova

# Your Moldovan company needs an address. It does not need you in Moldova.

Moldovan law requires every company to have a registered address in the country. It does not require the founder to live there, visit it, or rent anything. Register at ours in Chișinău, and read every letter as a PDF wherever you actually work.

What happens to a letter

## Every letter takes the same five steps.

1. Arrives At your registered address
2. Logged Timestamped and photographed
3. Scanned PDF by the next working day
4. Notified Telegram and email
5. Archived Searchable, and the original kept

Why outsource

## An address is a legal requirement. An office is a property decision.

In Moldova it is called an adresă juridică. In the United Kingdom it is a registered office; across the CIS, a legal address. It is the same thing: the address in the state register where your company can be reached.

Moldovan law requires your company to have an address where the state can reach it. It does not require you to rent floor space, sit in it, or pay for square metres you will never use.

> The address is where the registrar, the courts and the tax service expect to find you. That is all it has to be.

Compliance without a lease

A confirmed address, issued in writing when your first invoice is paid, rather than after a lease negotiation.

Nothing gets missed

Legal deadlines run from the date of delivery, not the day you find the envelope.

Your own address stays private

Your home does not go into the public register.

Costs that do not move

Hire, grow, change directors. The address bill stays the same.

Your post, digitised

## Every letter, readable by the end of the next working day.

Standing

## What this is, and what it is not.

A registered address is a real obligation met at a real place. It is not a way to hide who owns a company, and we do not sell it as one.

### The consent is a document

What your registration needs is written consent for your company to use the address, issued in your company's name before the file is filed. You hold it, it names your company, and you can show it to anyone who asks.

### We are not a nominee service

We do not act as your director, hold your shares, or appear anywhere in your company's ownership. Your company is yours, and it is yours in public.

### We keep records

Every letter is logged with the date it arrived. If a bank, a registrar or a court asks when something was delivered, there is an answer.

### One company, one consent

Consent to use the address is issued to your company in writing and held for it alone, for the whole of your term.

Paid annually in advance, by bank transfer against an invoice. Prices are shown in euro so the fee is easy to read from outside Moldova. We do not store card details, so nothing is ever charged automatically. Your own bank may add a transfer fee — one transfer a year keeps that to a minimum.

For your situation

### Foreign founders

You can own and direct a Moldovan company from where you live. What you cannot do is register it nowhere: the registrar wants an address and the written consent of whoever controls it. We issue that consent in your company's name before the file is filed, and post that arrives afterwards reaches you as a PDF.

If a lawyer or a registration agent in Chișinău is acting for you, we send the consent to them directly.

### Moldova IT Park residents

The park is virtual. Its own guidance says it is not possible to register an address or rent an office inside it, and that residents may register their address anywhere in Moldova. Residency does not come with an address — you still have to bring one.

Domora is not affiliated with the park and does not process residency applications.

### Founders relocating to Moldova

The company can exist before you do. Register it at our address now and move it to your own premises later — or leave it with us and keep your home out of the public register.

If you later move the registered address, tell us and we confirm the change in writing.

### Remote sellers and freelancers

Marketplaces, payment providers and banks all ask for a company address, and they check that post sent to it arrives. From €7.50 a month, yours does.

Classic covers three scanned letters a month, which is more than a low-correspondence company usually receives.

Questions

## The things people ask before signing.

If your question is not here, ask us directly.

### Can a foreigner register a Moldovan company at this address? +

Yes. You can own and direct a Moldovan company from where you live. What the registrar needs is an address and written consent to use it — we issue that consent in your company's name before your file is filed, and obtain any further confirmation the registrar asks for.

### How quickly can I start? +

We reply to enquiries within one working day and send an invoice with the reply. The written consent is issued once that invoice is paid, and that consent is what your registration file needs. There is no waiting list and no lease to negotiate.

### What happens if a court summons or a tax notice arrives? +

It is logged the day it arrives, scanned, and sent to you by the end of the next working day, with a Telegram and email notification. Deadlines in Moldova run from the date of delivery, so the log matters as much as the scan.

### Do I have to come to Moldova? +

No. Nothing about the address requires a visit: post that arrives is scanned and sent to you as a PDF. Originals are kept for the length of your plan — one year on Classic, three on Premium — and if you need one physically, we send it on, postage quoted before anything leaves us.

### How do I pay? +

Bank transfer against an invoice, paid annually in advance. Prices are shown in euro so the fee is easy to read from outside Moldova; the invoice itself is issued in the currency set in your contract. We store no card details, so nothing is ever charged automatically.

### Can I cancel? +

Yes, with 30 days' notice before your term ends. A term already paid for is not refunded, because the address is held for your company for the whole of it — unless it could not be used for a reason on our side. If an invoice goes unpaid we warn you in writing first; if it stays unpaid the service is suspended, and then withdrawn.

### Will a bank accept this address? +

Banks ask whether post sent to your registered address reaches you and whether the company has a real connection to it. We can confirm in writing that consent was issued to your company, when it was issued, and when each letter arrived. What a bank then decides is its own.
